Small collar with antique Chinese carved Italian coral rat, celebrating the year of the rat, as its removable pendant.  Also Italian coral strawberries and flowers, Chinese jade leaves and beads, and beads of black spinel, coral, tourmaline, and modern 24k gold.

2020 was the

“Year of the Rat” in Chinese culture - for those who were born in such a year (as was my beautiful Granddaughter) they may want to wear the necklace with the pendant displayed front and center. However, for those wishing to put this particular year behind us, the pendant can be positioned at the back of the neck.
